Summary:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm

Job Responsilbities:

• Leading a team of operators, technicians and supervisors
• Liaise with Supervisors, Engineers, Planners and other respective Departments for production processes
• Oversee daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency, quality, yield and machine utilization
• Participate in Production Process Planning and scheduled meetings
• Conduct Toolbox meetings to identify production requirement
• Ensure production schedules accord to that of the Planner
• Prepare and submit required monthly reports
• Keep track of any rectifications or improvements required
• Train and provide assistance to subordinates
• Change working methods or processes for productivity and quality improvement when necessary
