Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Organize, update, and maintain all QEHS department's documentation and filing system. Manage, coordinate, and monitor the company's subcontractors and suppliers survey forms and registration system. Manage the PPE purchase orders, inventory and distribution. Carry out site inspection, data analysis, and audit compliance works. Assists in the management and effective implementation of all the internal, external, regulatory and adhoc audits of the company. Assists in facilitating management review meetings and enterprise risk management meetings for Top Management. Assists & support Managers with the execution of department's day-to-day operation. Help in organizing and facilitating internal & external staff training related to QEHS matters. Keep abreast of all relevant QEHS status and Singapore codes of practice and standards. Work closely with the dept. project sites team. Perform secretariat duties during meetings, ie. facilitate/setup meetings & minutes-taking. Any other tasks or duties as assigned by the department manager

Education

Minimum O-levels or Post-secondary academic qualifications Any equivalent professional qualification or experience related to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety

Requirements

Possess good understanding and experience in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001) Have strong and effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Independent, meticulous and detail oriented Have the passion and willingness to read and learn ISO management system standards and Singapore EHS policies, rules and regulations continuously to keep up to date with the changes from time to time Minimum 3 years of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 internal auditing experience in either construction or engineering industry preferred However, we are also open to local fresh graduates or those with no prior experience in this area as well*
