Job Description
- 5 days, MNC, North
- AWS, performance bonus
- Salary up to $2800
- No experience can apply
- To support vertical repair for all customer in the factory
- Knowledge on prober hands on to do probe card reshaping, all vertical repair processes
- Pin replacement
- All vertical repair processes like lapping/washing/baking etc.
- Liaise with overseas headquarter for any technical issues/ new procedures etc.
- Work with planners for the scheduled lead time, repairs etc.
- Reports / trackers update for internal team
- Support other sites if necessary
- Any other ad hoc duties if needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in Semiconductor
- Candidates with no experience can apply
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
- Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
- Able to read PCB schematics
