The successful candidate will play a key role in:Planning and coordinating project activities Ensuring the successful delivery of projects Maintaining quality standards and adherence to timelines Managing budget control and cost optimization Preparing and reviewing
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Overseeingcost control measures
and tracking project expenditures Coordinating withsuppliers and subcontractors
for timely material delivery * Leadingnegotiations
to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
