Log extraction from electronics products according to SOP
Preparation work on electronics products for hardware investigation (Access inside by jig and laptop PC) according to SOP
Support investigation work
Performing Data Entry
Data input/uploading work into MHI management system
Data input/uploading work into authorities management system
Periodical check on authorities management system and summarize situation
Logistics Work
Packing work in case further investigation at overseas company is needed
Faulty goods collecting from Automobile Association approved workshops and care centers
Periodical inventory follow-up of collected faulty goods
