Job Title Assistant Engineer
Summary
- Work with supervisor and technicians to carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairs as per instructed by Senior Engineer/ Manager
- To arrange and effectively carried out Scheduled Facilities Planned Maintenance with 100% completion
- Conduct general housekeeping and tidiness of workplace and workspace
- Attend to TAM or helpdesk case assign by Engineer on site, carry out permanent rectification or temporary repair/fix (when necessary) within given time
- Good physical condition, strength and well being
- Respond quickly and brief the technicians on; in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- Ability to work well without supervision from Engineer
- Resolve problem without waiting for \xe2\x80\x98Spoon feeding\xe2\x80\x99 idea
- Willingness to attend any work assigned by Engineer
- To ensure smooth operation of MEP equipment and equipment to be 100% readiness
- Assist Engineers for coordination in all events or issues assigned
- Work together with Engineer to monitor and control expenditure within budget allocated
- Paperwork not limited to; checklist, presentation slides, weekly report and etc
- Able to multi-tasked, timing flexibility
- Ensure all technicians work safely and go home safely
