Job Description


Qualification:

  • Professional Certificate , Diploma / ITE in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Robotic / Electrical
  • Need to be good command in English, able to speak fluently and generate technical report
/ scope :
  • The candidate has to be a hand-on (practical) person and able to perform:
o Automation system assembly & set-up (including Mechanical & Electrical) based on drawings & schematics o Automation system set-up, troubleshooting & debug
  • Responsible for Project scheduling, coordination and follow-up:
o Liaising with designer and understand about full system concept, BOM and drawings o Liaising with programmer on program requirements o Liaising with purchaser on part scheduling and ensure on time delivery
  • Responsible for automation system buy-off and conducting:
o Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in-house o Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at customer site (Traveling may be required occasionally for oversea projects) o Understand and study on customer system requirements and plan for FAT & SAT o Liaising with customer and ensure all requirements are fulfil satisfactory o Responsible for preparation of system manual and buy-off report
  • Responsible for workplace safety and house keeping
