Manage store archives weekly, daily store posters change-over and set up.
Match the Promotion theme and Display to provide appropriate shopping environment for customers.
Create new display ideas, develop and monitor the general displays, POP signage and POS materials in the department store and shopping center. Source for new contractors and compare quotation.
Ensure Safe Measures Management posters and information in the department store is up to date.
Recommend improvement for displays to enhance image of the department store.
Source for contractors, sponsorships and/or rental partners. Conduct checks on the event areas for the entire departmental store
Ensure all events change-over and set up arrangement, poster, video upload, Meet-and-Greet session arrangement, Store Lucky Draw, Redemption set-up are executed smoothly.
Application for all relevant licenses from the authorities and work with contractors and suppliers for efficient set-up and tear down of structure.
Managing of HDTV and storeroom
Manage payment to vendors promptly and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the company.
Requirement:
A Diploma / degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications or courses in marketing and event planning can be beneficial.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
Ability to create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic to the mall.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms for online promotion.
The ability to come up with creative and innovative promotional ideas and themes that can attract shoppers and create a buzz around the mall.
Experience in planning and coordinating events and activities within the mall, including product launches, seasonal decorations, and entertainment events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey promotional messages and collaborate with tenants and vendors.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple promotional campaigns, events, and deadlines simultaneously.
Careful attention to detail in promotional materials, signage, and event coordination.
