Job Description
- Salary range $2600 to $3100 (Depend on experience)
- Orchard / 5 days, Office Hours

- Plan, organize, and execute events, product launches.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual support.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract attendees and sponsors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design event programs and content.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up, registration, and attendee engagement.
- Manage event budgets and expenses, and conduct post-event financial analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with attendees, sponsors, and partners.
- Evaluate event success and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior event staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve event planning processes.
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- One-year experience in Event, marketing job / environment is highly preferred.
- Microsoft knowledge is a must.
- Possess good communication skills and friendly disposition.
