Location : Neil Road (5 mins walk to Outram MRT)
Working hours: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thu 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm, Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Contract period : est start date (as soon as possible) \xe2\x80\x93 31 Mar 2025
Job title: Assistant Executive (Marketing & Publicity)
Salary ranges from : below $2,200 - $3,000depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Requirement
- Diploma in Marketing & Publicity related
- Experience in Marketing & Publicity for at least 2-3yrs
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
- Basic knowledge of Outlook
- Class 3 driving license (it will be good if can drive)
The contract staff is required to support M&P team with the following tasks relating to the recruitment campaigns:
- Oversee the conceptualisation of the campaign
- Refine the content pillars
- Shortlist officers to feature
- Liaise with units and officers for shoots
- Head down to shoots (held average of 3 times per week) to oversee
- Vet through caption and content for post
- Post the content
- Reply queries from various stakeholders
- Clear content with respective units
- Identify objectives for the campaign
- Identify new platforms to advertise on
- Assess if media advertising platforms by media agency is suitable for objectives
- Draft up procurement documents, such as Approval of Requirements (AOR), for campaign
- Adapt collaterals for the various advertising platforms
- Ensure that the collaterals are up on the platform
