Job ResponsibilitiesJob Summary
To maximize customer satisfaction by providing a strong customer service link between payroll specialists, Human Resource practitioners and customers to ensure timely and accurate responses to enquiries and/or requests from customers and effective resolution of customer issues.Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Handle HR practitioners\xe2\x80\x99 and/or customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, requests, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
• Collect and collate data and information on customer needs and satisfaction to facilitate formulation of effective customer service strategies.
• Highlight/recommend improvements and solution to problems/issues so as to improve and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Prepare & Submit CPF refund submissions and track outstanding CPF claims

Period:

• 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

Location:

• Depot Road (Will be relocated to near Cashew MRT next year)

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm (Alternate Sat duties from 8am - 1pm)

Salary:

• Up to $3000 + PB

Requirements:

• GCE \xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 or Diploma. Fresh graduates may apply.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with knowledge of SAP Payroll.
• Good customer service.
• Good communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Open Office application software
