What the role is:

Executive (Customer Service)

What you will be working on:

As a Customer Service Executive, your key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering personalised service to address customer enquiries through email, phone calls, live chats and in-person interactions.

2. Providing service in a friendly and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences.

3. Identifying and addressing customers\' needs, with a goal of total satisfaction.

4. Handling documentation and administrative tasks as required, including managing mails, deliveries, printing documents, etc.

1. Proven experience in customer service.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation.

4. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

8. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is essential. The candidate should be comfortable leveraging computer tools and platforms to effectively engage with customers and perform job responsibilities.
