URGENTLocation : Upper Changi NorthPosition : Assistant Executive (Infrastructure Mgt) x 1 positionWorking hours :Mon - Thurs : 8:30am - 6:00pmFridays : 8:30am - 5:30pmContract period : Immediate - 12mthsDivision/Branch : L&FD/IDBMin NITEC level (preferably with Estate/Facilities Management Background), salary range from $2,000 - $2,700 per month depending on relevant working experience.Job Scope:Assist the team involved in
- Digitising all hardcopy project files in compactus, as part of knowledge management;
- Preparing detailed project work schedule for upcoming A&A works for PHQ;
- Liaising with FMM and contractors to ensure works are carried out as scheduled; and
- Conducting physical checks to reconcile all the fixed and building assets with those listed in fixed asset and building assets listings, as well as tabulation of corresponding net book values.
- Any other ad-hoc duties which might be assigned.
