URGENTLocation : Upper Changi NorthPosition : Assistant Executive (VCO Management - 1 paxContract period : Immediate (1 year)All working hours will be the following unless otherwise stated:Mon - Thurs : 8:30am - 6:00pmFridays : 8:30am - 5:30pmCriteria :
- Diploma Holder - salary range from $2,200 - $2,700 per month depending on relevant working experience.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Able to create simple poster designs
- Strong collaborative skills to work with people from various disciplines and professions
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Takes personal initiative and follows through on tasks and projects assigned
- Event planning and execution
- Coordinating interviews for new sign-ups
- Scheduling selected VCO (Volunteer Case Office) for training sessions
- Organizing the training sessions, rostering the trainers, managing attendance
- Broadcasting additional training opportunities and managing sign-ups
- Matching trained volunteers to supervisees based on their profiles
- Managing questions and feedback from volunteers and staff
- Advertising and managing sign-ups for VCO events
- Maintaining VCO database and a Progress Report database
- Facilitating honorarium payment processes
