- Lead and motivate the team (7 pax) and provide mentorship and guidance in their career development
- Oversee the financial accounting and reporting activities (including audit, taxation, company secretarial, corporate governance and risk management) to ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting
- Engagement of stakeholders on financial related matters or matters arising from compliance, controls and risk
- Provide technical financial and accounting advice to Business Partner & Business Units whilst driving constant process review and improvement; and resource allocation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of organisation
- Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience
- Possess experience in handling large amount of funds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation
