Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description

- Position Title: Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
- Oversee subsidiaries\' accounts and month-end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
- Responsible for the monthly group financial reporting
- Manage the intercompany reconciliation
- Assist in preparing audited financial statements and annual report
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities or agency
- Quarterly GST submission
- Other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA)
- At least 5 years of accounting/finance experience
- Candidates with prior audit experience in a public accounting firm, or experience with financial reporting in a listed company are preferred
- Group consolidation experience would be an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamic Navision System is an advantage
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
