Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • To participate actively in warmly welcoming and greeting the guest as soon as he/she arrives at the hotel.
  • To assist in opening all the car doors at the driveway.
  • To pick up guests\xe2\x80\x99 luggage from the car boot and to send them to the Concierge Desk Area.
  • To help in clearing the traffic in the front of the hotel during busy hours.
  • To call taxi for guest and record their registration number carefully.
  • To give umbrellas to the hotel guests and to make them sign the appropriate voucher
  • To send the guest luggage from the hotel entrance to their room when they "check in" in the shortest time possible. If the luggage has to stay there, to tag the luggage and to give a copy to the guest.
  • To pick up the luggage from the guest room when it is requested and to send them to the lobby in the shortest time possible. To put a tag on each of them and to give a copy to the guest.
  • To coordinate with the Front Desk the room numbers and tag numbers to ensure that the correct numbers are collected.
  • To send the luggage to the store room when it is required and to keep full records.
  • To keep the Store Room clean and organized.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Fit and healthy to carry luggages up to 30 kg when needed
  • Able to speak and write English
