:
- Participate in the conceptualization of the menu together with Head Chef
- Assist to plan and food preparation processes
- Consistent production of high-quality dishes
- Ensure kitchen operations are run smoothly and adhere to standards set in order to maintain and enhance guest’s experiences and satisfaction
- Assist to train, manage and assess team performance, professional and personal growth for the team
- Proven experience with Japanese Cuisine
- Experience with Omakase-Style Restaurant
