Connect Energy is partnering with a local engineering company in the process industry. Due to expansion, the company is looking to hire a full time HR personnel to look after the welfare of the company Responsibilities
- To manager the full spectrum of HR for the company with a team of HR executives
- To manage payroll of in house staffs (50 - 80 headcounts)
- To strategize and plan company\'s welfare where emphasis is on work-life balance.
- To be the person to speak to with regards to HR matters
- Degree in HR
- 10 years experiences in engineering and construction industries as HR personnel
- Experience in managing HR system and staff payrolls
- Familiar with software Synergix will be an advantage
- Willing to work in western part of Singapore - Joo Koon or Tuas (near MRT)
- Available within short notice an advantage
- 5 days work week
