Work closely with Strategic HR Team to support and advise functional heads on key HR pillars
Perform Manpower Planning Structure Design, Labor Cost and Productivity Analysis, Organization Effectiveness and Efficiency, etc.
Responsible for Talent & Development Performance Management, Capabilities and Training, Succession Planning, Talent Acceleration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Movements, etc.
In-charge of rewards & incentive analysis, compensation & benefit , planning and promotions, etc.
Responsible for labor and employee relations, union relations
Build good partnership with stakeholders such as government bodies and local authorities
Provide people advisory and support to commercial team on strategic and tactical HR topics
Liaise with legal team on industrial relations court cases
Advise commercial head on employment legislation in Singapore
Oversee all employee services activities such as payroll and benefits, admin services, expat management, facilities management, etc.
Monitors and controls the departments operational budget
Ad hoc duties as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
Bachelor in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 - 7 year of Strategic HR experience
Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
