Job Description


Our client is an established company specialising in entertainment and recreational. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a HR Assistant Manager to support the growth. They are located in South – easily accessible. Duties

  • Full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and compensation & benefits
  • Implementing HRIS
  • Familiar with payroll processing
  • Ensure proper employee leave and training records being maintained by the team
  • Ensure the team in complying with local relevant regulations and internal policy/procedures
  • Implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and performance management process through close partnership with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5 years of HR experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Experience in HRIS implementation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
