Provide guidance and support in establishing a new department.
Develop, plan, and implement a structured medical framework to achieve departmental goals.
Assess workload demands, manage recruitment, and onboard qualified medical professionals/ clinicians to sustain operations and services.
Review staff turnover trends and implement strategies to enhance manpower retention and fill rates.
Identify workforce gaps and collaborate with department leaders to address staffing needs proactively.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance service quality and patient safety through continuous improvement projects.
Introduce and standardize best practices, policies, and protocols to strengthen the department's human resource management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate qualification or Diploma in HR Management will be an advantage.
Prior Healthcare experience in doctors hiring is a must.
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
