Role Overview

You will support the day-to-day Rewards and Benefits portfolio for the Singapore office, as well as the region, while ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations. This includes, but not limited to:

  • Support Head of Rewards & Benefits, APAC in the implementation of competitive and cost effective benefits programme, including insurance renewals.
  • Work with stakeholders in the regular review of benefit plans while ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations in the region
  • Ensure smooth, efficient and timely administration of day-to-day Benefits delivery including but not limited to insurance claims management, benefits enrolment, handling employee queries, communicating benefit programme, HRIS updating/maintenance as well as keeping track of benefit providers\' service delivery and proactively suggesting process improvements.
  • Assist in preparation of benefits related paperwork, checking of employee information, processing of insurance invoices
  • Lead in the coordination of employee engagement programme, workplace well-being initiatives/webinars as well as DEI programme
  • Support in compensation review cycles, off cycle reviews, including preparation of compensation & benefits related letters, checking of employee information as well as prepare and analyse ad-hoc HR reports (e.g. benefits utilisation)
  • Support in compensation equity related queries and keeping track of equity related information
  • Participate in compensation/benefits surveys and benchmarking for the region
  • Support in other related projects as required, such as Job Levelling, Pay spines etc
  • Work closely and support other APAC HR team members in other HR matters and projects where required
  • Additional experience in share plan administration and global mobility will be a plus
Experience / Competences

Essential
  • At least 5 - 7 years\' related HR experience, particularly in Benefits Management
  • A team player with positive working attitude.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work with diverse groups/ personalities from different functions
  • Comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environment
Desired
  • Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).
  • Well-versed in MS Office Applications
  • Familiarity with flexible benefits system
  • Familiarity and Proficiency in Workday HRIS system
  • Ability to handle situations and problems with innovation and creativity
