Job Description


Responsibilities:-

  • Perform the full onboarding and offboarding process
  • Manage employee database on the HR system (e.g. input employee data, leave records, etc)
  • Handle work passes application, cancellation and renewal
  • Assist in claims administration, monthly payroll processing including overtime and checking on punch card, and leave administration
  • Submit NS make-up pay claims and all government paid leave claims
  • Handle employees' queries on pay and benefits
  • In-charge of recruitment and handle end to end cycle of recruitment from advertising to selection of candidates
  • Administer medical and insurance renewal matters
  • Manage leavers process including tax clearance for non-local
  • Generate monthly reports for leave provision, headcount

Others
  • Administer accommodation for Crew (work with agent/dormitory)
  • Reply enquiries via email when receptionist on Leave
  • Arrange Company's Event
  • Attend Safety Meeting (Monthly) and Head of Department Meeting
  • Administer Collection Agreement with BATU
  • Manage Sublet Renewal
  • Handle Survey (NEA, MOM, JTC etc)
  • Coordinate of Course & Seminar
Job Requirements:-
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in HRM or Business Management
  • Strong Communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good Knowledge of labour laws and legislation practice
