Job Description

:

  • Partner HR line managers to understand their HR business needs and provide them with support in identifying and defining detailed softcopy and hardcopy filing requirements, if any;
  • Perform detailed softcopy and hardcopy filing of records as well as on-boarding of new recruits
  • Develop, review and implement effective data management processes for storage of sensitive HR records
  • Support in COVID-BCP duties such as reviewing PSD new processes and providing up-to-date email communications to staff
  • Support in any other projects or tasks where relevant
Working Schedule:

Location: Outram Park

Contract Duration: Imm - March 2023

Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: $15/h

Job Requirements:
  • Good knowledge and understanding of key HR functions/practices especially in HR Admin functions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • At least 2 years' experience as a HR generalist/ Business Partner
