Job Description


  • Responsible to monitor all personal matters such as employee\'s welfare, attendance, leaves, discipline, benefits and compensation, training, claims and other HR administration functions
  • Responsible to handle leave management and coordination \xe2\x80\x93 administer annual leave, medical and other entitlements
  • Assist and compiling of data and reports on weekly/monthly basis
  • Verify and keep track of employee\xe2\x80\x99s medical reimbursement
  • Preparation of offer letter, cessation letter, increment and promotion letter, staff confirmation evaluation forms, confirmation letter and certification letter
  • Work pass application, renewal and termination
  • Process IR21 tax clearance and IR8A submission
  • Onboarding and off boarding
  • Government claim submission (GPCL, GPML, NS make-up pay, FWL waiver)
  • Group Hospitalization Insurance and medical out-patient program
  • Maintain company organization charts
  • Update HR Standard Operating Procedures policy manuals, Employee Handbook and Orientation deck
  • Conduct reference checks and exit interview
  • Provide recruitment support to recruitment team when necessary
  • Support in timesheet/milestone matters and provide admin support when necessary
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Candidates at least 3-5 year(s) of HR working experience
  • Experience with IGNITE by Boardroom is an advantage (SG)
  • Experience with Payroll2U is an advantage (MY)
  • Preferably specializing in Human Resources/Administrative Support or equivalent Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word
