An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore\'s boutique hotel group currently with the following hotels:

- Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

- Duxton Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

- The Vagabond Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott);

- The Serangoon Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\xc2\xb7 Recruiting and HR matters such as, but not limited to: posting jobs on WSG and Jobstreet; scheduling interviews; processing applications; negotiating contracts; vetting time-sheets; ensuring payroll correctness including but not limited to leave and PH allocation.

\xc2\xb7 maintain a filing system in line with established standards, ensure others to so as well

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the insurance claims and surveys per government agency requirements

\xc2\xb7 Respond to queries from finance related to HR

\xc2\xb7 Submit and reconcile expense reports

\xc2\xb7 Write letters and emails on behalf of other Management

\xc2\xb7 Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

\xc2\xb7 Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

\xc2\xb7 Maintain up-to-date employee records

\xc2\xb7 Participate in task forces and committees as requested

\xc2\xb7 Any other duties / tasks as requested by management -
