Job Description


s:

  • Reporting to Director
  • Support full spectrum of HR functions (such as employee engagement/relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development)
  • Responsible for employee lifecycle from on to off-boarding
  • Be the subject matter expert for local employment legislation and provide advisory support for the business
  • Manage statutory-related matters such as pass application and government claims/grants
  • Handled employee engagement/relations queries
  • Maintain proper HR records including but not limited to benefits management and on & off-boarding
  • Support in HR and organisational initiatives and activities
  • Contribute in process improvement
Job Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR handling full spectrum of HR matters
  • Familiar with local employment legislation
  • Recruitment and selection
  • HR / payroll system
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player yet able to work independently
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Meticulous and analytic mindset
  • Proactive to deliver work excellence
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skill
