Role Overview:

As an Assistant IT Manager, your role will be the backbone of our eCommerce operations, ensuring that our digital storefront not only functions seamlessly but also thrives in a competitive market. You\'ll be responsible for the entire eCommerce journey, from overseeing the platform\'s performance to maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role encompasses various aspects of IT, making it a dynamic opportunity for individuals with a diverse IT skill set.

Responsibilities:

  • Take the helm of our eCommerce platform, orchestrating its day-to-day operations.
  • Continuously assess and enhance website performance to meet growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Forge collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Managing our Digital Operations by crafting and executing strategies to amplify our online presence and engage our customer base.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior, using data-driven insights to inform strategic improvements.
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing toolkit to support our eCommerce aspirations.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain and logistics teams and our 3PL partners to streamline operations and enhance order delivery efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and technologies, keeping the organization on the cutting edge
  • Contribute your expertise to various IT projects, spanning infrastructure enhancements, security, to new software implementations topics in the overall IT department
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing eCommerce platforms and digital operations.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, and CMS is advantageous.
  • Strong comprehension of IT infrastructure, security, and end-user support.
  • Experience with ERP systems and integration is highly valuable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
