:
Assist in Planning and Implementation of corporate IT infrastructure and business application projects, and ensures the standards, budgets and timelines are met.
Responsible for the assigned new or upgrade of IT services/projects including evaluation of potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems with appropriate technology.
Responsible for technical/functional support, impact analysis and define the functional requirements for new applications/change requests.
Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and assess the feasibility and viability of process improvement and implementation
Support users with BI dashboard creation & report generation of various in-house data sources
Perform data collection and analysis, design and propose improvement around existing systems and business processes
Provide second level support to BAU operations such as IT infrastructure, communication, clinical and business applications, SIT / UAT, onsite deployment and Production support.
Provide IT Audit support and monitor movement of IT assets.
Manage smooth delivery of IT services in the day-to-day operations and scheduled maintenance of all systems.
Ensure technical solution supports the business requirements
Requirement
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in IT and/or Healthcare domain as project management or business analyst role is preferred
Good understanding of business analysis techniques to elicit users requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
ITIL and Project Management (e.g. PMP/CITPM) certification and experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent functional and technical knowledge with good communication and written skills
Knowledge in IT infrastructure, business applications and security management framework
Knowledge in Wintel Servers, Hyper-V Virtualization, Microsoft Azure Cloud, SQL/Batch Scripting and Unified Collaborative Communication systems.
Working experience in Electronics Medical Records Systems, Staff Rostering and Scheduling Systems, Web Application technologies, Dotnet/Java Web Development, Sharepoint, Microsoft 365, MSSQL Server, Power BI and SSRS Reporting Service, Active Directory, VoIP, Call Center System and Cloud Computing is an added advantage.
Knowledge in IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning is an advantage

Strong initiative who is self-motivated, result-oriented, resourceful with ablilty to multi-task and relevant analytical skills.
Willing to provide planned and occasional off-hours support and able to work outside normal business hours/weekends when required.
