Assistant KAM (Permanent)





Key responsibilities:



Manage new customer onboarding experience across HFM functional teams Work closely with respective stakeholders, i.e. cross functionally and external suppliers, to meet customer's KPI Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure positive trends in meeting KPIs Provide regular update on market development, trend to the customer and proactively proposed action plans Visit existing customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services and by that, to meet and exceed new business revenue goals Work with Key Account Support to develop pricing model and propose sales prices to Key Account Manager to offer new products and services for existing customer. Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-Motivator/Aggressive/Ambitious Good understanding on market trend & demand Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers Independent, resourceful & possess high drive to excel Ability to take initiative & responsibility Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Excellent English skills - both verbal and written Japanese Language command is preferred - one particular KA to manage

Experience:



4 to 6 years of related sales experience with a 3PL/Freight Forwarding/Logistics company with proven track records Possess experience in Freight Forwarding operations and management with good knowledge in shipping documents and custom procedures

Qualification:



Bachelor degree in Management, Logistics, Distribution or Supply Chain
