Job Description

s:

• Participate in Planning for logistics handling in both long term and short-term perspective.
• Mitigate the issue / problem encounter during the operation.
• Participate in fine-tuning and improvising of SOP.
• Timely updating of OBUM (OBU management system)
• Timely updating of internal inventory reports
• Verifying Contractor\'s WMS report
• Vetting and preparation for Delivery Order, shipping documents for both import and export.
• Preparation and compiling of reports before official submission to relevant agency.
• Coordinate with supplier & contractor for inbound & outbound deliveries, stock-take as and when required.
• Overseeing and processing for both outgoing and incoming shipments
• Manage the storage of parts and items for maintenance usage.
• To Raise Purchase Requisition in Intramart
• Handle any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or at least 2 years\' experiences in logistics coordination and warehouse handling
• Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
• Intermediate Computer skills. (Microsoft word, excel and power point)
• Well Verse in Shipping or related logistics fields.
• Technical documentation skill will be added advantage.
• Driver license (Class 3 or 3A) and basic safety skill preferred (Work from height)
