Job Summary: As a Repair and Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are properly maintained and repaired. Your duties will include identifying potential issues, creating maintenance schedules, performing repairs and upgrades, and preventive actions for maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving: The primary duty of a Logistics Executive (Handyman/Driver) is to drive company vehicles, including vans, trucks, or forklifts.

• They must operate these vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring that all stock are transported to their destination on time.

• Responsible for smooth logistics activity, warehousing transportation, and shipping by closely communicate with internal and external parties. Deliver stock from warehouse to outlets

• Warehouse duties such as unloading goods from containers & arranging them

• Inventory Management (Receiving, checking, ordering and counting of stocks from suppliers), ensure warehouse is arranged in an orderly manner

• Operate Pallet Jack and Pallet Stacker to keep warehouse neat and tidy

• Assist Driver to unload goods to the outlets. Deliver stocks such as lid and cups, BBT stocks, take away boxes etc

• Maintain housekeeping and safety for the warehouse area

• Liaise with freight forwarder and handing import shipment documents

• In charge of financial month end & year end physical stocks take listing

• Data Entry for billing to related Takagi Ramen/ Takagi Food/ Daichi Kitchen

• All company CCTVs system is secure and up-to-date

• Office files is secure and organized with proper security and back up in place

• Assist in fixed assets listing, rectify and update actual location of the assets

• In-charge of month end and year end audit stock take in all outlets

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement:

Must obtain valid class 3 license Able to lift heavy stocks and climb ladders or scaffolding as needed. The job may require working in tight spaces or at heights. Will work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, and may be exposed to dust, and warehouse environment. The job may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays in case of emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
