Job Description


Main Responsibilities1. Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory data and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Performing system adjustment for all transfer, litigations, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Check against the stock reconciliation report and follow up in the event on any discrepancies
2. Operational Logistics Management
  • Supervising and coordinating with 3PL for smooth process and timely deliveries of inbound and outbound shipments; WWS, stock offers and transfers, selling and non selling merchandise.
  • Coordinate with custom broker for customs declarations commodity inspections and to resolve shipment issues.
  • Responsible for all export operations pertaining to export documentation and dealing with forwarders and suppliers.
  • Participate and oversee all phase out operations, sales preparation for physical and staff sales, stock takes and cycle counts and annual destruction exercise.
  • Coordinate with transporter to ensure deliveries are executed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams and logistic partners for on time deliveries to customers.
  • Invoice checking of all logistic related billing such as Freight, transportation and warehousing.
  • Validate operational expenses submitted by 3PL and for all logistic matters.
  • Manage stationery supplies and packaging reorders
3. Product Governance and Compliance
  • Understand the local product compliance and regulations.
  • Support all matters relating to ATA Carnet, Cites and FDA applications.
  • Coordinate with labs for lab testing of new products.
4. Projects and Sustainability
  • Work on continuous improvements whenever possible.
  • Drive the 3PL to reach efficiency and KPIs listed on SLA.
  • Optimize and follow the discussions for all SD and Green Logistic topics.
Requirements & Capabilities
  • University graduate with 6-8 years or above logistics experience
  • Good knowledge in Export/Import Transportation, Warehouse Management & Customs Clearance
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel and Power Point, WMS will be a plus
  • To be able to work under pressure
  • Result oriented and self motivated, team player
  • Positive mindset, presentable, pleasant and self initiative
  • For candidates prepared to commute in the West side and in between Jurong and Tuas.
