As an Assistant Maintenance Engineer, your responsibility is to:

• Execute CM and PM tasks with a group of equipment and process personnel within ST and partners to achieve the best possible maintenance cost, equipment reliability, equipment performance.
• Support R&D activities, provide technical support and expertise on multiple tool types, including troubleshooting, CM and PM activities executions, and R&D experiment and trials.
• Be Responsible for procedures or specification writings and be able to define improvement actions and carry out the activities.
• Organize meetings and report on the progress to the direct supervisor and team and should be able to conduct meetings on behalf of the team.
• Meet the vendors for improvements or to resolve problems.
• Adhere to escalation policy ensuring proper management notification and technical direction while developing action plans to resolve all situations.
• To perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• 
  Minimum Diploma in electronics or electromechanical
• specialized in more than two equipment types.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience unless under exceptional cases where you can show outstanding job performance and sound technical knowledge.
• Ability to resolve equipment problems with limited resources or when problem isolation cannot be accomplished thru\' usual method.
