Our client is one of the leading Chemicals firms

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for factory routine / ad-hoc / maintenance task
• Plan and execute total preventive & corrective maintenance for different functional machine /equipment
• Identify critical machine parts and stock in accordingly to minimize machine idle time.
• Manage spare part store and inventory within cost budget
• Perform machine setup and ensure smooth machine run prior handover to production
• Maintain up to date maintenance schedule, procedures, machine manual, risk assessment, check list and establish new SOP if necessary
• Guide and train the team member to enhance their technical knowledge
• Key maintenance personnel to lead a team of maintenance technicians for assigned duty
• Assist Engineering function for new machine/line introduction in terms of design and implementation
• Liaise with various vendors for job quotation & retrofit of machine
• Work according to 5S principle and company safety regulation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering related disciplines
• Possesses Work-at-Height / Risk Assessment certification is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of maintenance experience in chemical related manufacturing is required
• Good verbal & written skill
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure

Other Information:

• Working hours - Mon - Fri, 730am - 530pm
• Location - Transport Provided at Lakeside / Boon Lay MRT
• Good Basic+AWS+variable bonuses!!
