Job Description
:
Connect Energy partners with an establish engineering company that specialized in energy from waste plant projects. Currently they are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join the team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- \xef\xbb\xbfAssist in managing and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring their training, safety and performance are up to standards.
- Collaborate wit Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the maintenance of various equipment, machinery and systems within the Energy from Waste plant, including but not limited to boilers, turbines, conveyor and electrical systems.
- Coordinate and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations.
- Assist in managing maintenance budget.
- Monitor and control spare parts inventory to ensure necessary components are readily available
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders and equipment history.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors when needed from specialized maintenance tasks.
- \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in supervisory maintenance work in energy from waste / petrochemical / process plant industries.
- Good communication skills and leaderships
- Willing to base in Jurong Island.
