Assistant Manager, Application Support Analyst (Digitalisation & Wor kflow System, Banking | Changi)

Responsibilities:

Responsible to perform production support task for digital platform team. The system support scope consists of workflow / digitalization systems, automation and local application. Peripheral supporting systems of Customer Onboarding and Funding Platform. Automation software\xe2\x80\x99s IWA and JP1.

To be part of roster support for application support team ensuring all production system stability and system readiness for business.

To perform L2 support and troubleshooting for production incidents and critical system interface through Workflow and Automation systems

To support the Incident Manager in ensuring preventive and detective measures of applications are identified and implemented with provision of root cause analysis

To support the IT Planner in meeting project objectiv e and perform production transition for new system launch and system change request

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with m in. 4 years of work experience i n the Application or System Support function , preferably in a bank or financial institution

Possess hands-on experience in supporting Workflow and Automation systems

Experience in Enterprise Application support environment with interaction to multiple function (developer, infrastructure and service desk) and business users

Has functional knowledge of Digitalization systems (such as Customer on boarding, Funding Charges, Data Management)

Has technical knowledge on Application hosted in both Windows and LINUX , able to perform database query (SQL Server, ORACLE) and handling application services under Windows Services and LINUX application services

Possess good understanding and competency in scripting (such as DOS, UNIX or VBA)
