Job Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Asset Analysis and Reporting for Regional established Real Estate Developer based in Singapore. He/She will be working with experienced professionals and will also enjoy an attractive salary package and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform asset management monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Support all sectors monthly projection process using Argus, including Tenant Matcher (monthly) and Amortization (Quarterly). Activities require coordination between GA, IT and AM users.
- Support all 4 sector's monthly analysis and reporting including Leases, Expenses and NOI.
- Preparation of monthly Division management reports including AM and MM presentation.
- Support in preparation of monthly rental stats for GA submission.
- Prepare quarterly CCD's Investor slides preparation for AM Division.
- Lead in annual budgeting process for AM Division including both HQ and AM-managed projects. Prepare and collation presentation deck for Division.
- Assist on dashboard development of reporting requirements using Tableau.
- Provide support to the asset management users on portfolio analysis and reporting.
- Lead in various ad-hoc analysis and data collation to support Division reporting and activities.

Key Requirements:
- Relevant Degree with at least 5 years' experience
- Proven track record of asset analysis and management across various real estate asset classes and property types
- Digitally savvy to optimize available system and technology
- Strong financial acumen, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong team player with dynamic personality and entrepreneurial mindset
