Location: Central Singapore Responsibilities -Preparation of monthly Division management reports and quarterly presentation materials for presentation -Asset management monitoring, analysis, and reporting -Provide support to the asset management users on portfolio analysis and reporting -Support all sectors monthly projection process -Support all 4 sector's monthly analysis and reporting including Leases, Expenses and NOI -Assist in preparation of monthly rental stats -Lead in annual budgeting process for AM Division including both HQ and AM-managed projects -Assist on dashboard development of reporting requirements using Tableau -Lead in various ad-hoc analysis and data collation to support Division reporting and activities. Requirements: -Degree in financial or related field of studies -Possesses 3 to 5 years of experiences -Proven track record of asset analysis and management skills set -Good team player with financial acumen, verbal and written communication skills
