Job Description

This role will work closely with the Deputy Director in the general administration and the operations for the activities run by Centre of Excellence International Trading (CEIT).

Responsibilities:

Board Secretariat: Work closely with Deputy Director to organize and support Board meetings with Corporate and Public Sector Partners

Centre Administration: Act as point of contact for the Centre. Managing outgoing and incoming correspondences, emails and phone calls

Marketing: Drive and enhance CEIT's presence and mindshare in its target audience

Event Management: Plan and manage administration and logistical arrangements for seminars, events and workshops organized by CEIT

Finance: Effective management of CEIT's financial resources

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience

Working experience in Higher Education will be advantageous

Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must. Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated competency in project management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with others and work in diverse teams

Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

Independent and possess strong multi-tasking abilities

Meticulous and attentive to details
