Working Day: Mon to FriWorking Hours: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pmLocation: CommonwealthSalary: $4500 - $5800 + AWS + Variable BonusJob PurposeWe are looking for assistant manager/ managers, communications for our Church.Responsibilities

• Manage the internal and external communications activities of the Church.
• Serve as communications counsel to the various ministries as they seek to effectively reach and communicate with various communities.
• Oversee & grow the Church\'s communication platforms including church website, social media, broadcast channels, etc.
• Manage all communications content that support Sunday services.
• Oversee the production and distribution of corporate gifts for church events.
• Oversee livestream pertaining to Sunday services and events held in Church.
• Plan and manage communications budget, together with Ministry Treasurer.
• Coordinate Ministry meetings and prepare Ministry reports, supporting Ministry Chair.
• Nurture and lead volunteers in the Ministry.
• Participate in church corporate events and relevant meetings.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• At least four years of relevant experience in a communications role
• Proficient in digital communication platforms and social media
• Knowledge of design software like Photoshop, WordPress, etc.
• Website (WordPress or update), Application (Bulletin), Media (online service like broadcast YouTube)
• Able to help on one or two Sunday services (end at 1:30pm), will be given one day off in lieu for each Sunday\'s service.
