Responsibilities:

  • Manage work processes and ensure all of organization's centres meet operational efficiency and service quality objectives.
  • Work together with various departments and institutions to provide best quality of care and services
  • Assist in corporate communications such as editorial work for publications, design of publicity materials, launch and manage social media platforms, organize fund-raising events, attend networking sessions/support community engagement events
  • Examine current programmes (types, frequencies, mode of delivery, resources utilisation), manpower training and capabilities, and modify programme content and implementation for better participation rate and long-term sustainability
  • Evaluate established programmes and activities in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and implementation, and make recommendations for organisation implementation
  • Plan for and/or assist in implementation of selected programmes at organisation centres, including arranging for staff training, logistics and manpower support, where necessary
  • Assist to develop and set up new programmes within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with evaluators, such as University or Health Cluster, to evaluate the effectiveness, areas of cost savings, efficient, quality of care etc. of selected programmes
  • Coordinate and support research collaborations with organization centres
  • Assist in volunteer management and recruitment, which includes developing volunteer management structure, guidelines and handbook, engaging potential volunteers and matching them to respective centres
  • Oversee programmes at all the centres
  • Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time (e.g. cover duties of centre manager or executive staff in his/her absence
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree & above in any field of study from a recognised institution
  • Any additional qualification in related healthcare discipline would be advantageous (e.g. nursing, allied health etc.)
  • Min 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Healthcare Sector
  • Prior experience and passion to pioneer community care services in support of care integration for the aging population
  • Prior experience in community care provision would be advantageous
