As a Retail and F&B Point of Sale (POS) Systems Expert, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the checkout experience and shaping the future of omnichannel technologies in the retail and food & beverage industry. This dynamic role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the commercial lead of the POS system, he/she will represent commercial as the point of contact for the CAG POS
  • Manage and configure backend POS management systems to meet business requirements such as masterdata import and export, promotion and discount creation
  • Present and provide guidance to multiple internal and external stakeholders in the use of the POS frontend and backend system
  • Perform analysis and work closely with POS vendors to resolve bugs and issues while continuously identify ways to improve the POS system and its experience for internal and external users
  • Manage all contractual matters with CAG POS vendors such as monitoring of SLA, fulfilment of contractual obligations, contract payment
  • Perform quality assessment and participate in quality testing of change request and development of new functions in the POS system
  • Participate in the scouting and assessment of new POS and checkout technologies, followed by overseeing negotiations, development and implementation of new checkout technologies with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in information systems, information technology or related field, with at least 2 to 3 years\' experience in usage and support of Retail and F&B POS or payment systems
  • Familiarity in handling Microsoft Dynamics 365 POS application, Raptor or other key POS application is highly desirable.
  • Keen interest in transformative retail checkout and omnichannel technologies
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills with experience in managing Business IT project from development to maintenance and support
  • Thrives in a fast-pace environment with the need to be comfortable to take on multiple assignments while handling daily operational task
  • Team player while independent in executing work related assignments
