Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

The Senior Manager (Planning and Development) will support and assist Landscape Design Manager (Strategic Planning) and Project Manager (Project Management) to lead in resolving landscape site issues, manage contractors and construction activities for timely completion and handover to Operator.

This role sits within the content generation workstream in the Brand and Communication team for Mandai Wildlife Group. S/he will support the Brand and Communications in the execution of communications strategy, as well as other business units within the organisation, to create and manage the asset library of footage/photos to fuel organic and compelling story-telling to drive brand building.

This is a 2 year contract role reporting into the Senior Manager, Brand & Communications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide creative direction and oversee assigned production work.

Coordinate and manage various aspects of the production process from start to completion.

Film, record and build up a repository of high-resolution content for the organisation\'s operating parks.

Manage visual archival of project milestones and activities, to build up a repository of content for future use.

Create/adapt relevant content formats to suit varying needs, e.g. short videos for social media and website, corporate videos, visuals for media kits.

Liaise with external stakeholders such as external production houses.

Work closely with the organisation\'s internal stakeholders for capturing, recording and archiving development / wildlife / field conservation moments.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in film studies, infocomm, communications design.

At least 3 to 4 years (Assistant Manager) relevant working experience.

Relevant experience as a video/content producer or photojournalist in production house, media outlet or creative agency.

Ability to plan and execute productions independently - applying creative thinking as well as competent technical skills (i.e. story-boarding, shooting, sound-recording, video-editing etc).

Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Possess good eye for powerful imagery.

Instinct for what makes compelling editorial storytelling.

Independent and dynamic self-starter; able to adapt to fast-paced environment.

Personable, willing to learn, be in the thick of action and comfortable working across teams.
