What the role is:Executive, Finance (Billing and Collection) [2-Year Contract]What you will be working on:[What you will be working on] \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all invoices/collections are processed in a timely manner and accurately recorded. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with the respective School and Departments to resolve billings and collection matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and disseminate monthly accounts receivable aging to School and Departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform supplier\'s goods receipt for Finance department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with the computation of late payment interest. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monthly and year-end journals and audit schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the supervisor with internal and external audits enquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leveraging on digital tools to streamline and improve reporting, data analysis and overall financial operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.What we are looking for:[What we are looking for] \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualification in Accounting or related accounting qualifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, meticulous, and resourceful with positive work attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resilient team player who can manage competing priorities and deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate to drive changes to enhance effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Workday is a plus.About Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
