Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.
This is an opportunity to be part of the pioneering team tasked with shaping and building Mandai into a biodiversity brand that champions wildlife conservation to the world.
Reporting to Senior Vice President, you will support the daily operations of the Brand and Communications team and be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks as well as event coordination work.
In the process, you will interface with Executive Assistants across the Group and will also need to collaborate and work closely with different business units and various external vendors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordinating - Managing calendars, scheduling appointments arranging meetings, and coordinating training and travel arrangements where relevant.
Event coordination - Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events, conferences, or special projects; maintaining effective communicaiton and fostering positive relationships throughout.
Data management - Managing Purchase Orders and organising and maintaining files, records, and databases in this regards, both in physical and electronic formats.
Document preparation - Creating and editing documents, reports, presentations, managing Notes of Meeting (NOMs) and other materials as required.
Procurement - Assist the team in the procurement of vendors / services to support the Brand & Comms work.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O level qualifications or higher.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Fluency in Mandarin will be preferred to assist in translating Chinese media coverage through media monitoring.
Must be comfortable in handling sensitive information and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft office to facilitate smooth execution of administrative duties.
Meticulous and able to handle ambiguity and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
Driven, proactive and resourceful.
Adept in learning to navigate systems such as SAP, Aconex and Sesami.
