:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Assistant Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies which drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a marketing enthusiast with a passion for convenience retail and a track record of success in marketing roles.

You will be part of the Retail Business marketing team in the Customer & Marketing organization in FairPrice Group, to run customer marketing campaigns and initiatives across Cheers & FairPrice Express convenience stores for FairPrice Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with Cheers\' overall business objectives.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including managing media buys, social media marketing, email marketing and website management, to increase online presence and drive conversion.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, including signage, promotional materials, digital platforms and social media.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Stakeholders management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, products, merchandising, social media and communications teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives to drive specific business goals. Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Campaign Reporting: Track and share learnings from past marketing campaigns for every initiative launched.
• Administrative: Day to day administrative matters for communications projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or Marketing with minimum 5 years of relevant marketing communications experience, ideally in the retail industry or B2C
• Business acumen as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
• Experience working with creative/ media agencies and production houses is an advantage
• Good analytical skills with experience in attaining and applying data to make decisions
• Ability to navigate well in ambiguity; strong creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excited to be hands-on, visit stores and seek improvements to execution of campaign initiatives
• High energy, tenacious, growth mindset, customer-first focus and a bias for action is a must!
• A team-player who excels in a fast-paced retail environment and loves to collaborate and connect.
• A stellar project manager, able to work with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
