The Role: The ideal candidate will be actively involved in stakeholder communications activities that are aligned with the Boustead Singapore Limited Group (\xe2\x80\x9cBoustead Group HQ\xe2\x80\x9d). He/she will also work on the sustainability reporting and related ESG initiatives. This role will report to the Group Corporate Marketing & Investor Relations Team of the Boustead Group HQ.

Core responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Investor Relations

• Manage production of corporate publications including annual reports, shareholder circulars, earnings announcements and other company announcements
• Plan and execute general meetings and other investor relations events including annual earnings audiocast/webcast and investor days
• Attend and present at investor conferences and roadshows
• Manage communications and establish good rapport with research analysts, institutional investors, retail investors and other financial market stakeholders
• Assist in ad-hoc reporting requirements to investors of the company\xe2\x80\x99s real estate platforms

Corporate Marketing

• Manage updates and develop new content for corporate websites and other digital platforms
• Conceptualise and develop corporate marketing collaterals
• Manage the development and upkeep of brand assets
• Provide counsel and support for internal and external communications matters
  

Sustainability Reporting

• Lead the production of annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX reporting requirements, including:
• o Working with internal stakeholders to collect, analyse and present sustainability reporting data
• o Developing content and copywriting for sustainability report
• Plan and coordinate ESG initiatives
  

Media Relations

• Manage communications with mainstream and financial media, including drafting and disseminating media releases, responding to media queries, organising media-related events, developing and pitching media stories
• Perform media monitoring duties
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing and/or communications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrates expertise in investor relations, sustainability reporting, branding, marketing strategies and public/media relations
• Displays excellent communications and writing skills
• Displays good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levels of management, e.g. C-suite, HODs, middle management
• Possesses basic level of financial knowledge
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator would be an advantage
