Our client, a Top Prestigious Firm is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial as part of their growth plan.Location: Central SingaporeResponsibilities: To handle corporate secretarial duties for a group of listed and private companies Organise board and shareholders' meetings Preparation of board papers and conduct minutes writing Drafting resolutions and filing of statutory forms Release of announcements to SGX-STRequirements: Ideally ICSA candidate with at least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial sector Ability to work independently and under tight timeline Good communication skills in English Ability to work well in a team
